TESTIMONIALS

Here's What Some Participants Have Said After Taking This WorkShop

Master Melegrito,

"This class was a great confidence booster for me.  I like the interactions during the self-defense classes.  I think they were a good starting point for me in joining martial arts.  I think the techniques taught are useful, and I've learned new things each time I have attended. Looking forward to another lesson."

Thanks again,

Heather Elsasser

Master Julius,
"Thanks for taking the time to fit me into your busy schedule in so short a time. The lessons were fabulous! I left the last lesson feeling much more prepared for any type of situation I could be confronted with. I particularly enjoyed the situational scenarios that we practiced, which gave me easy and effective tactics to take in those situations.
The lessons were well worth the time, most of all because nothing is more important than staying safe and keeping a cool head in difficult situations. I would recommend the M.U.S.T. self-defense program to anyone who feels unsure of themself and their own safety, whether they are in a group of people or alone at night."

Thanks again,  Master Julius!

Sarah Brownell

Master Melegrito,
"Thanks for the really great experience! I really enjoyed the variety of techniques you showed me, and I think the best part was the scenarios that we've worked on at the end of both lessons. I think the part I liked the least was how short the sessions were since it seemed like we were trying to cram a lot into such a small time slot, despite going over time.

All in all, I greatly enjoyed this experience, and it has helped me feel more confident in my ability to defend myself should the need arise. Hopefully, I'll never really need to use anything you taught me, but it's one less thing for me to worry about as I head off to the Peace Corps. I would definitely recommend this experience to friends in a similar situation, or even if they want to make sure they're not victims."

Thanks again,
Michaela Bonnett

Meet your Instructor

"If I were to teach the most important  women in my life, the best self-defense techniques I have learned in years, and they only have a few hours to learn them, what would I teach them?"

This is the program I came up with and develop with that question in mind.
